Design the future as our next Senior Industrial Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced designer to shape the global eyewear industry with us. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, business, and R&D teams, reporting directly to our Chief Design Officer. You’ll lead projects from initial concept and ideation to detailed CAD and CMF specifications, driving innovation every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work as one of the key creatives in designing our eyewear industry disrupting wearable and related accessories.
• Collaborate with the design team, engineers, business management, and marketing to develop innovative product ideas.
• Partner with R&D to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Inspire the rest of the company by communicating your ideas through appealing and visual presentations.
• Create detailed documentation and specifications to guide production and manufacturing.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in compact product design, such as wearables and consumer electronics.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, visual, and written—and the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
• Advanced parametric CAD skills, including solid and production-quality surface modeling.
• A solid understanding of CMF design.
• Rendering expertise to bring ideas to life through photorealistic visuals (animations are a plus).
• A growth mindset with a constant drive to learn.
• Eyewear design experience is a plus!
