As our first full-time Marketeer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall Brand and Marketing Strategy for Pixieray and IXI Adaptive Eyewear. You will lead the way in taking our revolutionary product to global markets, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll also collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with product development, sales, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute Pixieray’s global marketing and brand strategy.
• Lead the international launch of IXI Adaptive Eyewear, positioning the brand as a category leader.
• Drive growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, social media, content marketing, partnerships, PR, and paid advertising.
• Oversee the creation of world-class marketing assets and brand collateral to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.

We would like you to have: 

• You have 5+ years of experience in relevant Marketing roles including ownership and delivery of the overall marketing strategy
• You have successfully launched and marketed tech products in global markets.
• You excel at driving multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, content marketing, partners, PR and paid advertising.
• You have the ability to direct the creation world class Brand and Marketing Assets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• You are passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• You have a growth mindset with learning and continuous improvement orientation
• Master's degree in a marketing, business or a related field
